The Vice-President, Satyam Asia Pacific, Mr Virender Agarwal, said, ``the comprehensive solutions we offered, helped IEC to create a global, unified customer master. Satyam was able to offer IEC's customer care executives, screen pop-ups of customer data captured by the interactive voice response system. Also with this solution, customer requests can now be fulfilled more quickly and efficiently, thus increasing customer service and leading to improved loyalty.''

This project involved implementation of the advanced inbound, teleservices, scripting and interaction centre intelligence modules of Oracle CRM 11i.

These solutions have helped IEC create a global, unified customer master facilitated by the Trading Community Architecture (TCA) modelling of Oracle CRM.

IEC focuses on telecommunications and services and its portfolio consists of mobile phone retailing and providing airtime, engineering services, IT and e-business solutions.
