Airlines IA, Alliance Air revise schedules Our Bureau
MUMBAI, March 22 INDIAN Airlines and Alliance Air have combined, rescheduled or cancelled some of its flights from Mumbai on March 29, due to less demand on the occasion of Holi. According to an official statement here on Friday, flight IC 806 on the Mumbai-Delhi sector has been combined with IC 809 to leave Mumbai at 7 a.m. Flight IC 601 has been combined with IC 866 to leave Mumbai at 9 a.m. Flight IC 658 has been combined with IC 166 to depart Mumbai at 5 p.m., while flights IC 168 and IC 188 have been combined with IC 864 to leave Mumbai at 8 p.m. Alliance Air flight CD 7444 on the Mumbai-Delhi sector has been cancelled for the day. On the Mumbai-Chennai sector, flight IC 972 has been combined with IC 671 and will depart from Mumbai at 9.40 a.m. On the Mumbai-Bangalore sector, flights IC 105 and IC 109 have been combined and will leave Mumbai at 10 a.m., while IC 609 has been cancelled for the day. On the Mumbai-Thiruvananthapuram sector, flight IC 167 has been rescheduled to leave Mumbai at 10.30 a.m. Flight IC 603 on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad sector, has been combined with IC 610 to leave Mumbai at 7.10 p.m. Flights IC 635/636 on the Mumbai-Bhavnagar-Mumbai sectors have been cancelled for the day. Alliance Air flight CD 7129 on the Mumbai-Nagpur sector has been combined with CD 7629 to leave Mumbai at 7 p.m. Alliance Air flight CD 7133 will operate on the Mumbai-Indore-Bhopal-Mumbai sectors, leaving Mumbai at 9.45 a.m., to arrive at Indore at 10.50 a.m., leave Indore at 11.20 a.m. and reach Bhopal by 11.50 a.m. The flight will leave Bhopal at 12.20 p.m. to reach Mumbai at 1.35 p.m. Consequently, flight CD 7134 on the Delhi-Bhopal-Indore-Mumbai sector has been cancelled for the day. The flights would operate to the normal schedule from March 30, 2002, the statement said.
