Nohria quits Greaves board

MUMBAI, March 22

GREAVES Ltd today informed the BSE that Mr K.K. Nohria ad resigned from the office of director of the company, on personal grounds.

The board at its meeting on Thursday, appointed Mr Vijay Rai as a director to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr Nohria, the statement said.
