Aaj Tak bags award

NEW DELHI: Hindi news channel, Aaj Tak, has bagged the Best News Channel award at the second Hero Honda Indian Television Academy Awards held in Mumbai.

This is the channel's third consecutive award in less than two years. It had won the best news channel award in last year's Hero Honda Indian Television Academy Awards, as well as in the Indian Telly awards function held earlier this month. Aaj Tak currently has a 57 per cent market share in the news channel category, and reportedly has a connectivity of more than 30 million households.
