Protest by Federal Bank staff

COIMBATORE: About 100 Federal Bank employees affiliated to the AIBEA (All India Bank Employees Association) on Monday staged a demonstration in front of the bank in Coimbatore condemning the anti-labour attitude of the management.

While being critical of outsourcing the bank's works, the employees' demanded recruitment of staff but condemned excessive mechanisation of branches and release of request transfer orders.
