People Rastogi on Progeon's board Our Bureau
BANGALORE: Progeon Ltd, Infosys Technologies' Business Process Management arm, announced the appointment of Mr Dipak K. Rastogi, Vice-Chairman, Citigroup Investments - Emerging Markets, as an Additional Director on the board of directors of the company with effect from, December 2. Mr Rastogi is the nominee of Citigroup on the board of directors of Progeon Ltd. He will serve as an Additional Director on the board until the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company, when his appointment as a non-executive director will be placed for the approval of the members. With the induction of Mr Rastogi, Progeon has five members on the board.
