Privatisation

The Centre appears to have decided that there have been enough debates on the issue of privatisation, and no more public interaction is necessary on this topic. Were the public debates on this very important issue stopped because they picked up serious holes in the NDA Government's economic policy? One may never know the truth.

However, the truth remains that the Centre's stand on the issue lacks credibility.

From the beginning the Government has been rooting for a specific position regarding `privatisation', and has been almost fanatical to achieve it.
