The Hindu Business Line : Trehan joins Jubilant board

DR Naresh Trehan, leading cardiologist, has joined the board of directors of Jubilant Organosys Ltd, one of the largest manufacturers of speciality chemicals in the country.

With this, the board has 10 members having five independent directors, three executive directors and two promoter directors.

Mr S.S. Bhartia, Chairman and Managing Director, said, "Dr Trehan's rich experience at the domestic as well as international levels would add a new dimension to strategic thinking at the board level."
