MUMBAI: Mastek Ltd has announced that it is commencing its business process outsourcing (BPO) operations through a wholly owned subsidiary, Mastek BPO Ltd. The new company will have an authorised capital base of Rs 10 crore. The decision was taken at the company's board meeting held here on Thursday. "The company is being set up primarily to service our existing clients. The focus will be on transaction processing work with some component of voice-centric work,'' said a spokesperson of the company. "The senior management team and facility are already in place,'' the spokesperson added. According to a company release, Mr V.
