Goshree project: March to HLL premises planned

KOCHI: The Action Council for Vypeen-Ernakulam bridges has decided to go ahead with its decision to hold a protest march to the Hindustan Lever Ltd premises on March 14 in protest against the claims raised by the company vis-à-vis the land reclaimed by the Goshree Island Development Authortiy (GIDA).

The decision was taken by the steering committee of the action council after the committee members held a round of discussions with HLL officials. During the discussions, the action committee members demanded that HLL withdraw its claims and promise that it would not resort to any legal means to back its claim.
