Our Bureau

MUMBAI: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into an alliance with Globalsoft Innovations Inc (GSI) to jointly invest in the development of GSI's flagship convergence product suite, iFusion.

TCS would co-develop GSI's product through a dedicated overseas development centre (ODC) and also share revenue from the sale of other GSI products, said a company release.

As part of this alliance, TCS and GSI would also co-market the iFusion suite, including Participe and Communique, and other GSI products to the concerned TCS customers, the release added.

iFusion provides Internet telecommunication services such as unified messaging (voice, fax and e-mail), voice/fax over IP, video/audio/text conferencing, and instant messaging all over an IP Network, an Intelligent Network and PSTN.
