The Hindu Business Line : AP Ministers to monitor drought relief

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, has instructed all his Ministers to tour their respective districts and oversee the drought relief measures being taken by the State Government. Reviewing the drought situation in the State, the CM asked them to monitor the supply of fodder, drinking water, employment generation activity, control of possible price rise.

Mr Naidu also wanted the Ministers to ensure proper spending of funds allotted to various districts towards drought relief and implement the unspent funds at every village level.
