HEG panel okays merger plan

NEW DELHI: A committee of directors of HEG Ltd has approved the proposal for merging the company's Rishabdhev Textile Unit with Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd.

This approval was granted at a meeting of the Committee of Directors held on March 13, according to a communication sent by HEG to the BSE. Both Rajasthan Spinning and HEG Ltd are group companies of the LNJ Bhilwara group.
