Preferential Allotments Alps EGM okays pref allotment Our Bureau
MUMBAI: Alps Industries Ltd has informed that at the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on March 13, the members approved the preferential allotment of equity shares to the relatives and associates of directors. Further the company has informed that its board of directors meeting held on March 13 deferred the preferential allotment of 1.7-million equity shares.
