HYDERABAD, March 26

ELECTROLUX Kelvinator Ltd proposes to sell, lease, transfer and/or dispose off its Sanathnagar plant located here.

The company also proposes to dispose off all the fixed assets including the land on which they are situated, the infrastructure facilities, auxiliaries and utilities attached to the plant either in whole or in part, according to a communiqué sent to the stock exchanges.

It had already sent notices of postal ballot to its shareholders seeking their approval for the proposed hiving off of plant. The results of the postal ballot would be announced on April 30, the company said.
