Reliance Ind wins PRSI honour

BANGALORE, April 19

RELIANCE Industries earned yet another accolade on Saturday when the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) named it for the current year's honour.

The company, which implemented a global-scale petroleum refinery complex to emerge as the largest such venture in the private sector, was awarded the PRSI honour for its outstanding contribution in the industrial sector.

In a similar honour, the public sector oil company, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) bagged the award for being the best PSU organisation.

The awards were presented to the winners by the Vice-President, Mr Bhairon Singh Shekhavat, at the national convention of the PRSI here.

Infosys Technologies, second largest exporter of software, was also the recipient of the honour from PRISI for its outstanding contribution in its field.
