Modi Rubber to seek nod for delisting

NEW DELHI: Modi Rubber Ltd on Saturday said that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of its members has been convened on May 15 to seek their approval for delisting the equity shares of the company from Delhi, Mumbai and Kanpur Stock exchanges.

The company has sent an official communication to this effect to the Stock Exchange, Mumbai.
