Four Soft Ltd, a Hyderabad-based logistics solutions provider, has recorded sales income of Rs 34.32 crore and a net profit of Rs 3.41 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2006, as against sales of Rs 5.77 crore and loss of Rs 1.12 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.

For the fiscal ended March 31, 2006, the company sales stood at Rs 90.16 crore and a net profit of Rs 6.28 crore as against sales income of Rs 20.32 crore and a net profit of Rs 4.14 crore for previous fiscal. The company has declared a dividend of 15 per cent.
