Avnit Bimal Singh has been appointed an additional director (non-executive, independent) on the board of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd.
The Bombay Stock Exchange was informed of the appointment by the Hyderabad-based company on Wednesday. The appointment comes into effect from today (March 25, 2015).
The company’s scrip gained 0.88 per cent and was trading at Rs 1,181.50 at the mid-session on the BSE on Wednesday.
