Casa Grande, a Chennai-based real estate developer, is diversifying into warehousing and industrial park business with the launch of a 100-acre project. Casa Grande Distripark is located on the NH4 at Sriperumbudur to the west of Chennai. It will cater to a range of businesses including automotive, industrial, retail, healthcare and e-commerce, according to a press release from the company. The facility with a seed investment of about ₹150 crore will offer built-to-suit space and readymade building. Casa Grande Distripark has leading clients like KLT Tubular, an OEM for Daimler and two auto components makers and a home décor products manufacturer, according to the release.
