GE T&D India has reported a 62 per cent q-o-q hike in sales revenue to ₹121 crore in the third quarter of the financial year 2017. The company won orders worth ₹112 crore in Q3 alone, up 37 per cent q-o-q. The profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stands at ₹4 crore. In a press statement, the company notes that it maintains a backlog of ₹815 crore.
The company has won orders of the 765/400kV AIS sub-station at Chilakaluripeta from PowerGrid, 400/220/33 kV GIS extension of Gumma sub-station from HPPTCL, 400/220/132 kV AIS sub-stations at Latehar and Lohardaga from PowerGrid according to a press statement. It also won solar projects namely Bhadla-Jodhpur substation 220kV from Saurya Urja and Bhadla 2X70 MW ACBoS from Solaire Direct.
