Inter Continental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed a management agreement with Eros Resorts and Hotels to manage its two hotels in Delhi’s business district of Mayur Vihar.
Under the agreement, the hotels are to be rebranded as IHG’s Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn brands, respectively.
While Crowne Plaza offers 160 guest rooms, Holiday Inn has 193 guest rooms, including suites.
Douglas Martell, Vice-President, Operations, South West Asia, IHG, said: “Delhi is a significant city in our robust expansion plans for India and we are committed to a strong presence here. The signing of the two hotels in Mayur Vihar is a step in growing the choice of hotels on offer.’’'
IHG currently operates four brands across ten cities in India: InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts and Holiday Inn Express.
