KNR Constructions Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 67.58 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2017 against Rs 30.21 crore in the corresponding quarter last year on a standalone basis.
The construction company posted an income of Rs 493 crore for the first quarter against Rs 309 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Last fiscal ended March 31, the company had posted a net profit of Rs 157.25 crore and an income of Rs 1571 crore.
During the quarter, the company made provisions for impairment of investments.
The company will seek members' nod to shift the registered office to Telangana from New Delhi.
