The 28th Annual General Meeting of Nagarjuna Agri-Tech Ltd will be held here on September 30.
The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has sent the soft copies of the annual report for the financial year 2015-16 to the registered email ids of the shareholders.
“The electronic voting will begin on September 27 and will end on September 29,” the firm said in the statement.
