NCC Ltd (NCCL) posted a profit of ₹100.36 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2017, up 72 per cent, against a profit of ₹58.27 crore for the corresponding quarter of last year. The Hyderabad-based construction company achieved a turnover of ₹1,879 crore (including other income) for the quarter as against ₹1,943 crore in the same period of the previous year.
The company reported a turnover of ₹5,256 crore for the nine-months period of the current year as against ₹5,846 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Its net profit for nine months was up at ₹184.09 crore as against ₹161.79 crore. During the nine months this fiscal, the company secured orders of ₹21,614 crore in various divisions and the order book stands at ₹31,627 crore.
