Mobile messaging service Nimbuzz is aggressively looking to expand revenues from advertising as it aims to double the number of brands using its platform for promotions to 100 by the end of this year.
“Nimbuzz has always been a great enabler for marketers. Today, we are closely working with more than 50 global consumer brands and the target is to take this number to at least 100 by the end of the year,” Nimbuzz CEO Vikas Saxena told PTI.
These brands include Perfetti, KFC, Pizza Hut, Nokia, Blackberry and Airtel, he added.
“We are bringing innovative solutions for the advertisers to ensure better and more effective engagement model for the brands with the end users,” Saxena said.
