Oil Country Tubular Limited has posted a net profit of Rs 6.46 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2016 as against a profit of Rs 7.13 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.
The company total income for the fourth quarter was lower at Rs 56.06 crore as against Rs 64.79 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the financial year ended March 31, 2016, the company posted a loss of Rs 6.59 crore as against a loss of Rs 2.08 crore for the previous year.
The turnover for the financial year was also lower at Rs 152.06 crore as against Rs 259.87 crore.
The Board of Directors today accepted the resignation of KG Joshi, Director, with effect from June 1, 2016.
The company shares closed at Rs 29.95, up 2.39 per cent at BSE.
