Orchid Pharma said that Sicom Ltd took possession of its property situated at Orchid Towers in Chennai on September 9 under the SARFAESI ACT, 2002. “The company is in an advanced stage of discussions to raise resources, so that the loan availed from Sicom can be settled expeditiously,” Orchid told the stock exchanges.
