Tata Chemicals, India’s leading manufacturer of chemicals, fertilizers and consumer products, has appointed John Mulhall as Chief Finance Officer and Bhaskar Bhat as Additional Director, with immediate effect from October 20, 2015.
Mulhall has held responsible positions in the finance functions within the Tata Chemicals Group since 2007. He was a Finance Director at Tata Chemicals Europe followed by positions in Tata Chemicals North America Inc. (Vice President & CFO) and Tata Chemicals lnternational Pte Ltd, Singapore, as CFO. Prior to Tata chemicals, he had worked in finance function for various UK-based manufacturing companies, according to a press release here on Wednesday.
Bhaskar Bhat, current MD of Titan Company Ltd, has been appointed as an Additional Director on the company’s board. He started his career with Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co in 1978. After five years at Godrej, he joined the Tata Watch Project (now Titan Company Ltd) in 1983. At Titan, he has dealt with sales and Marketing, HR, international business and various general managerial assignments.
