Tata Chemicals Ltd (TCL) on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Institute of Technology- Gandhinagar (IITGn) for collaboration on research projects in the field waste management and sustainability.
The MoU aims to enable the institute and the corporate player to collaborate for adding adding value to product wastes, management of corrosion and overall sustainability.
It is agreed that the two entities will work together on mutually agreeable projects and also explore possibilities in the field of herbal medicine.
The agreement will also enable IITGN and TCL to share their physical and organizational infrastructures such as Embedded System Laboratories and other facilities and its technical and professional expertise for research and development with each other on chargeable basis whenever applicable.
