City-based Zydus Wellness Ltd posted standalone net profit of ₹20 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2015, down by 9 per cent from ₹22 crore reported in the corresponding quarter a year ago. Net sales stood at ₹2,845 crore for the quarter against ₹2,920 crore in the same period last year, showing a decline of 2 per cent. For the financial year 2014-15, the company's standalone net profit was recorded at ₹109 crore, up 13 per cent from ₹96 crore in the previous year. Net sales for the fiscal 2015 were ₹111 crore against ₹112 crore in the previous fiscal. The board has recommended a dividend of 60 per cent or ₹6 per equity share of ₹10 each for the year ended on March 31, 2015, the company informed in a statement filed with the stock exchanges. Zydus Wellness shares closed higher at ₹1000.90 on the BSE on Thursday.
