Southern Railways has made certain changes in the pattern of train services today.
Due to signalling work between Chengalpattu – Villupuram section, for commissioning of double line interlocking arrangements in Tindivanam – Thozhupedu section the following changes will be made in the pattern of train services today.
Train No.12635 Chennai Egmore – Madurai Vaigai express scheduled to leave Chennai Egmore at 13.20 hours, will be delayed by two hours.
Train No.16854 Tiruchchirappalli – Chennai Egmore express scheduled to leave Tiruchchirappalli at 09.35 hours will be delayed by 90 minutes.
Train No.22404 Puducherry – New Delhi weekly express will be regulated at Chengalpattu for one hour.
Train No.06802 Pune – Tiruchchirappalli weekly express will be regulated enroute.
Train No.56037/56038 Chennai Egmore – Puducherry – Chennai Egmore passenger trains will be partially cancelled between Chegalpattu and Puducherry.
Train No.66043/66044 Chennai Beach – Melmaruvathur – Chennai Beach passenger trains will be partially cancelled between Chengalpattu and Melmaryvatur.
Train No.66045/66046 Melmaruvathur – Villupuram – Melmaruvathur passenger trains will be fully cancelled, said a press release from the Southern Railways.
