Tally has released its Tally.ERP 9 Series A and Tally.Server 9 Release 4.8 for catering to the Indian taxation and banking requirements.
With states like Maharashtra introducing the Local Body Tax (LBT) format, taxation is getting complicated and this new release aims to simplify that, said company officials.
Vikash K Agarwal, President, Tally Solutions said: “We have introduced a easy to use module in Tally.ERP 9 that will help the customers comply with the taxation rules.”
The banking enhancements provide options to calculate interest of bank accounts based on reconciliation date; transfer modes (NEFT/RTGS) and transaction types like ATM Cards and ECS, the statement added.
