TVS Infotech, a subsidiary of Sundram Fasteners Ltd, has acquired 90 per cent of equity shares of the Chennai-based Blisslogix Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd (BTS) for ₹3.95 crore in cash. Of this, ₹3.10 crore has already been paid.
BTS has become a subsidiary of TVS Infotech effective April 11, 2016 when the share purchase agreement was entered into between the two companies, according to a communication sent to the Bombay Stock Exchange by Sundram Fasteners.
