Gruh Finance has fixed June 10 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement for issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 (one bonus share of face value ₹2 for every one paid-up equity share of ₹2 each held by the shareholder). This subsidiary of HDFC Ltd reported ₹176.96 crore net profit (up 21 per cent YoY) on revenues of ₹846.16 crore (up 30 per cent YoY) for the fiscal ending March 2014. In the run-up to the record date, the stock will see higher activity.
Hubtown offer-for-sale floor price at ₹170
Shares of Hubtown, formerly Akruti City Ltd, will remain in focus on Wednesday, as the company’s promoters are planning to dilute 7.49 per cent stake through the offer-for-sale route. The stake sale will take place on the BSE. The company has fixed the floor price at ₹170 as against Tuesday’s closing price of ₹175.40. As promoters currently hold 82.49 per cent stake in the company, they are forced to dilute their stake to meet the minimum public shareholding norm.
Infinite Computer: Buyback draws to an end
Shares of Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Ltd may come under pressure as the year-long buyback window closes on Wednesday. The company had targeted to mop up shares worth ₹30 crore and had fixed a maximum price of ₹120 a share. The offer size represents 6.89 per cent of the company’s paid-up equity capital. According to BSE data, the company has bought 24.11 lakh shares through the open market till May 19. The stock is currently ruling at ₹131.25.
