20 Microns on Monday informed the exchanges that Crisil has revised the credit rating of the company. The rating agency has upgraded the Credit Rating of the long-term bank facilities from ‘CRISIL BB/Stable’ to ‘CRISIL BB+/Stable for its ₹175-crore bank loan. Instruments with this rating are considered to have moderate risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Crisil has reaffirmed the credit rating of the short-term bank facilities to ‘CRISIL A4+’. Instruments with this rating are considered to have minimal degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations. Such instruments carry very high credit risk and are susceptible to default. Shares of 20 Microns gained 2.16 per cent at ₹40.15 on the BSE.
