A2Z Infra Engineering has informed the exchanges that its board on Friday allotted 46 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each to warrant holders -- KM Visaria Family Trust (21 lakh shares) and Sangeeta Khandelwal (25 lakh shares). The stock of A2Z Infra slipped 0.25 per cent at ₹25.7 on the NSE.
