Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has bought back non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to ₹670 crore. In a notification to the exchanges, APSEZ said it has bought back 3,483 NCDs — 2,889 NCDs aggregating to ₹500 crore due to mature on April 28 and 594 aggregating to ₹170 crore due to mature on September 15. Shares of APSEZ closed at ₹301.75, up 1.72 per cent over the previous day’s close on the NSE.
