Adlabs Entertainment on Monday said its board will meet on April 27 to consider a proposal for raising funds. The fund-raising options include issue of convertible warrants and equity shares on preferential basis, issue of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis and issue of securities to qualified institutional buyers, the company said in a notice to the exchanges. Shares of Adlabs Entertainment slipped 0.6 per cent lower at ₹83.75 on the NSE.
