The delisting offer for BSE-listed Bombay Swadeshi Stores from Madhu Chandak, Manjri Chandak and Jyoti Varun Kabra (acquirers) will begin on Monday and end on September 28. The acquirers plan to buy 10.31 lakh shares at a floor price of ₹126 a share. The offer follows the direct acquisition of shares (51.80 per cent) by Milan Bhupendra Dalal and others from the acquirers, who then entered into a pact to acquire shares from the public.
