The board of directors of OnMobile Global will meet on Thursday to consider a buyback proposal. Analysts and investors would keep an eye on the quantum and offer price of the proposed buyback offer.
An earlier buyback offer in 2015 had gone off smoothly. At that time, the company had mopped up 58 lakh shares spending ₹44.28 crore. It had then offered a maximum price of ₹86 a share.
