Dilip Buildcon on Friday said it has bagged a road project worth ₹360.58 crore in Karnataka from Ircon International. The company has received a letter of award from Ircon for an engineering, procurement and construction road project in Karnataka, the company said in a notice to the stock exchanges. The project is for six-laning of the Davanagere-Haveri sector of NH-48. Shares of Dilip Buildcon gained 1.2 per cent at ₹946.20 on the NSE.
ABB India on Friday announced inauguration of a new factory at Nashik for production of power distribution products. Spread over five acres, this facility will be equipped with smart manufacturing features with connected people, processes and assets capable of relaying real-time data and web-based integrated traceability system for daily planning and review. After registering a year-high of ₹1,620, the stock of ABB India closed at ₹1,585.85 on the NSE, against the previous day’s close of ₹1,541.90.
Gitanjali Gems has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary Cuttack Lifestyle Industrial Park Private Limited through its subsidiary Gitanjali Infratech. The company has been incorporated for setting up a gems, jewellery, lifestyle and luxury goods park. Shares of Gitanjali Gems slipped 2.3 per cent at ₹68.40 on the NSE.
