The board of directors of Indiabulls Housing Finance on Tuesday approved the issue and allotment of 5.69 crore equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of ₹702 a share. The funds raised through the issue will aggregate to ₹3,996.79 crore. The company has received shareholder and other regulatory approvals for the issue. Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance edged down 2.2 per cent at ₹749.80 on the NSE.
Zylog Systems has informed the exchanges that its board on August 14 had decided to conduct the Annual General Meeting for FY 2015 on September 28, and accordingly had approached the official liquidator for its approval. The liquidator has directed the company to obtain the requisite permission from the High Court of Madras. The company is in the process of obtaining the relevant permission from the High Court and will be conducting the AGM at a revised date as approved by the court. The decision will be intimated to the exchanges and notices to shareholders will be sent accordingly, the company added. The stock tumbled 4.5 per cent at ₹4.15 on the NSE.
Ambika Cotton Mills has informed the exchanges that it has withdrawn the mandate given to Credit Analysis and Research. Henceforth, the credit rating of its bank credit limits will be conducted by another institution, the company has said. The stock closed at ₹793.55, down 1.5 per cent on the NSE.
