The board of Future Retail on Wednesday approved and allotted 7,500 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (10.10 per cent coupon rate) of ₹10 lakh each, aggregating to ₹750 crore, on private placement basis. The NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of the BSE. The instrument has been rated CARE AA-. The stock slipped 2.33 per cent at ₹130.15 on the NSE.

The board of Mastek has granted 2.12 lakh employees stock options (ESOPs) to its staff. The options are granted at the market price of ₹174 a share and on exercise of the option, one equity share of face value ₹5 each would be allotted. The options will vest at the rate of 25 per cent at the end of each year from the date of grant and the first option will vest only after a period of 12 months from the date of grant. The vested options can be exercised within a period of seven years from the date of vesting. Shares of Mastek edged up 2.02 per cent at ₹176.85 on the NSE.

Arrow Coated Products has informed the exchanges that Advance IP Technologies, a step down subsidiary, has been granted a patent for ‘A Water Soluble Multi-Layer Filmic Product’, by the Indian Patent Office. The rights under the patent are protected till 2025. This invention relates to a dosing system which contains active ingredients, embedded within and / or coated upon water soluble or water dispersible polymers, the company said. According to the filing, this patent has been devised for delivery of pharmaceutical ingredients, medication or nutrients to the body in vivo or in vitro. Shares of Arrow Coated gained 2.97 per cent at ₹556.30 on the NSE.
