Majesco has informed the exchanges that it has extended the agreement to use the Majesco P&C Suite Cloud platform by Homesite Insurance. The latter will use Majesco’s multi-line cloud platform with ready-to-use content, including ISO ERC Integrated content, for the commercial line of business, Majesco said in a statement. Homesite Insurance is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Family Mutual Insurance Company. The stock of Majesco closed at ₹622.05, up 1.34 per cent on the NSE.
Shreyas Shipping on Thursday informed the exchanges that it has added container vessel, the ninth, to its fleet recently. The MV SSL Visakhapatnam is a 1,613 teus vessel with gross registered tonnage (GRT) of 18,602. As on date, the company owns a fleet of nine vessels with total capacity of over 13,500 teus. The combined dead weight of all its vessels sums up to 1,92,771 and a GRT of 1,54,859. The stock of Shreyas Shipping jumped 9.68 per cent at ₹334.8 on the NSE.
Power Mech Projects has received a letter of intent/work order from Doosan Power Systems India Private Ltd for a total contract price of ₹187 crore, inclusive of incentives, all taxes and duties sans service tax. The order is for erection, testing and commissioning of balance work of the Main Plant Package (SG & AUX) for Unit 1, 2 & 3 of 3 * 660 MW NTPC Barh Project. It has also bagged another ₹8.86-crore order for piping erection of Unit 2 of the Solapur Super Thermal Power Project from Alstom Bharat Forge Power. Shares of Power Mech Projects edged up 2.7 per cent to ₹597.25 on the BSE.
