OnMobile Global has informed the exchanges that it is closing the current ₹70-crore buyback offer with effect from June 27. The company had opened the buyback offer on February 22, to buy back up to 56 lakh shares of ₹10 each at a maximum price of ₹150 a share from the open market. The company has bought back 56 lakh shares at an average price of ₹95.19 from the open market. Shares of OnMobile Global edged up 3.13 per cent at ₹97.20 on the NSE.

MBL Infrastructures on Monday said it has bagged a road project worth ₹779 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The contract involves six-laning of the proposed greenfield Udaipur bypass on Hybrid Annuity mode, it said. During the construction, 40 per cent of the bid project (₹311.60 crore) will be funded by the NHAI and the balance 60 per cent (₹467.40 crore) by the concessionaire. Shares of MBL Infra gained 8.5 per cent at ₹118.5 on the NSE.

MEP Infrastructure Developers on Monday informed the bourses that its joint venture with Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction has received the Letter of Award from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for four-laning of Mahuva to Kagavadar in Gujarat on Hybrid Annuity Mode under NHDP Phase IV. The construction period of the project is 2.5 years from the appointed date, and concession period is 15 years (excluding the construction period of 2.5 years). The bid project cost is ₹604.68 crore and the O&M Bid is for ₹8.46 crore in the first year. The company will receive bi-annual annuity from the NHAI post-commercial operations date. Shares of MEP Infrastructure closed at ₹38.55, up 6.34 per cent on the NSE.
