Aurionpro Solutions on Thursday said Goodpack IBC (Singapore) Pte has selected the company’s freight and warehouse management solution SCMProFit. The two have signed a contract for a five-year period, it said in a filing to the exchanges. CMProFit, a cloud-based supply chain platform, will help Goodpack manage its inventory across 5,000 locations worldwide. Shares of Aurionpro Solutions edged up 2.07 per cent at ₹123.35 on the NSE.
Kellton Tech Solutions has acquired US-based Lenmar group of companies, a global information technology services and solutions group with presence in the banking and financial services space. Lenmar Consulting, the flagship company, provides a broad range of IT offerings, including cloud services and cutting-edge custom development, and has carved a niche for itself in the banking, financial services and insurance market, the company said in an exchange filing. After surging almost 5 per cent in intraday deals at ₹132.40 on the NSE, the stock settled at ₹129.90, up 2.9 per cent.
UPL on Thursday said it has entered into an agreement with Benmore Technologies Ltd to sell its entire stake, including all assets and liabilities, in Gibraltar-based step-down subsidiary Agro Trading Ltd. However, the company has not disclosed any financial details of the deal. Shares of UPL ended 0.7 per cent lower at ₹714.50 on the NSE.
