Gujarat Sidhee Cement has extended the shutdown of Kiln at Sidheegram plant till September 28 due to some additional work in Kiln and coal mill area. In a notification to the stock exchanges on Tuesday, the company said the cement grinding and cement packing sections will continue to operate, meeting the entire cement dispatch requirement. Hence there will be no impact on the sales volume. Shares of Gujarat Sidhee Cement closed at ₹33.65, down 2.85 per cent on the NSE.
Nila Infrastructures on Tuesday said that it has received a work order pertaining to EPC contract worth ₹51.11 crore from Adani Group. The order is for construction of “Inspire Business Park” Project (basement and towers) at Shantigram, Ahmedabad. The project envisages overall construction covering about 400,000 sq ft built-up area and has to be completed by October 15, 2018. Shantigram is Gujarat’s largest integrated township, spread over 600 acres, of which around 80 per cent will be open space. The township consists of thematic clusters of apartments, penthouses and luxury villas and nearly 50,000 trees. Shares of Nila Infrastructure closed flat at ₹18.80, against the previous day’s close of ₹18.85. However, during intra-day it rose to a high of ₹19.65 on the NSE.
