Deepak Nitrite will seek shareholder approval through postal ballot for raising funds through a qualified institutional placement. The board on Monday approved raising a maximum of ₹150 crore through a QIP. The stock of Deepak Nitrite gained 1.53 per cent at ₹205.10 on the NSE.
