Shares of eClerx Services will remain in focus on Wednesday, as the stock will turn ex-bonus on Thursday. For those who wish to receive the bonus shares, Wednesday is the cut-off date. The company plans to reward its shareholders with 1:3 bonus (one share for every three shares held in the company). In 2010, eClerx Services, the knowledge process outsourcing company, had rewarded its shareholders with 1:2 bonus.
